Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: October 30, 2026 Last Updated: October 30, 2026
Welcome to Juno Ride-Share. These Rider Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (“Rider,” “you,” or “your”) and Juno Ride Inc., a Massachusetts corporation (“Juno Ride,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Juno Ride-Share application (“App”) or any related website, feature, or service (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
IMPORTANT: THESE TERMS CONTAIN A BINDING ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND A CLASS ACTION WAIVER IN SECTION 16. PLEASE READ SECTION 16 CAREFULLY, AS IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
1. The Service
1.1 What Juno Ride Provides. Juno Ride operates a technology platform that connects riders with independent, third-party transportation providers (“Drivers”) who use their own vehicles to provide pre-arranged transportation services (“Rides”) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The Platform is a digital network as defined in G.L. c. 159A½ and 220 CMR 274.00.
1.2 Juno Ride Is a Technology Platform, Not a Transportation Provider. Juno Ride does not provide transportation services, does not operate as a taxi or limousine service, and does not employ Drivers. Juno Ride’s role is limited to facilitating the connection between you and Drivers through the Platform. Each Driver is an independent contractor who operates his or her own independent transportation business. The decision to offer or accept a Ride is made independently by the Driver.
1.3 No Guarantee of Availability. Juno Ride does not guarantee that a Driver will be available at any given time or location, that a Ride request will be accepted, or that the Platform will be accessible without interruption. Availability depends on Driver participation, demand, geography, weather, and other factors beyond our control.
1.4 Regulatory Status. Juno Ride operates as a licensed Transportation Network Company under a permit issued by the Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities, TNC Division (“Division”), pursuant to G.L. c. 159A½ and 220 CMR 274.00.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
2.1 Eligibility. To use the Platform, you must: (i) be at least eighteen (18) years of age; (ii) be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement; and (iii) not be a person barred from using the Platform under applicable law.
2.2 Minors. Riders under the age of eighteen (18) may use the Platform only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who holds a Juno Ride-Share account and is present in the vehicle during the Ride.
2.3 Account Creation. You must create an account to request Rides. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
2.4 One Account Per Person. Each Rider may maintain only one active account. Juno Ride reserves the right to suspend or terminate duplicate accounts.
2.5 Account Security. You must notify Juno Ride immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. Juno Ride is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account that occurs before you notify us.
3. Requesting and Receiving Rides
3.1 Ride Requests. To request a Ride, enter your pickup location and destination in the App. The App will display an estimated fare before you confirm the request. By confirming, you authorize Juno Ride to match you with an available Driver and to charge your payment method for the Ride.
3.2 Fare Estimates. The fare estimate shown before you confirm a Ride is an approximation based on the route, distance, estimated time, current demand, and applicable rates. The actual fare may differ from the estimate due to route changes, traffic conditions, wait time, tolls, or other variables. The actual fare will be calculated at the completion of the Ride and shown on your digital receipt.
3.3 Driver Information. Before your Driver arrives, the App will display the Driver’s first name, photograph, vehicle make, model, color, and license plate number. During the Ride, the Driver’s Transportation Network Driver Certificate (including the Driver’s legal name, photograph, vehicle license plate, Juno Ride name and logo, and confirmation that background checks have been completed) is viewable in the App, as required by 220 CMR 274.09.
3.4 Ride Verification. Before entering any vehicle, verify that the vehicle and Driver match the information displayed in the App. Juno Ride is not responsible for your safety if you enter a vehicle that does not match the information provided.
3.5 Waybill and Receipt. After each Ride, the Platform will generate a digital receipt displaying the fare breakdown, route, pickup and drop-off locations, date and time, and Driver information, consistent with 220 CMR 274.10. This receipt will be available in the App and sent to the email address on your account.
4. Fares, Fees, and Payment
4.1 Fare Structure. Fares are calculated by the Platform and may include: (i) a base fare; (ii) a per-mile charge; (iii) a per-minute charge; (iv) applicable tolls; (v) applicable government surcharges or assessments; and (vi) any other charges disclosed to you before you confirm a Ride request.
4.2 Total Price Disclosure. Consistent with Massachusetts consumer protection requirements, including 940 CMR 38.00, the total estimated price of your Ride, including all mandatory fees, surcharges, and charges, will be displayed clearly and conspicuously in the App before you confirm a Ride request. Optional charges (such as tips) will be separately identified.
4.3 Dynamic Pricing. During periods of high demand or limited Driver availability, fares may increase above standard rates (“Dynamic Pricing”). When Dynamic Pricing is in effect, the App will notify you and display the estimated increased fare before you confirm. You may choose not to request a Ride during Dynamic Pricing.
4.4 Emergency Pricing Prohibition. Pursuant to G.L. c. 159A½, Juno Ride will not apply Dynamic Pricing, increase fares, or add surcharges during any period in which a federal or state of emergency has been declared. Standard, non-surge rates will apply for the duration of the emergency declaration.
4.5 Cancellation Fees. If you cancel a Ride request after a Driver has been dispatched and is en route to your pickup location, or if a Driver arrives at your pickup location and you fail to appear within the designated wait time, a cancellation fee may be charged. The cancellation fee amount will be disclosed in the App.
4.6 Payment. By using the Platform, you authorize Juno Ride to charge your selected payment method (credit card, debit card, or other accepted payment method) for all fares, fees, cancellation charges, and other amounts incurred through your account. You agree to maintain a valid payment method on your account at all times.
4.7 Tips. After each Ride, you may choose to add a tip for your Driver through the App. Tips are entirely voluntary, are paid directly to the Driver, and Juno Ride does not retain any portion of tips.
4.8 Fare Disputes. If you believe a fare is incorrect, you may submit a dispute through the App or by contacting Juno Ride customer support within fourteen (14) days of the Ride. Juno Ride will review the dispute and may issue a fare adjustment or credit at its reasonable discretion. Fare disputes submitted more than fourteen (14) days after the Ride may not be reviewed.
4.9 Taxes. Fares may be subject to applicable sales, use, excise, or other taxes. Any such taxes will be included in the total price displayed to you.
4.10 No Hidden Fees. Juno Ride does not impose fees, charges, or surcharges that are not disclosed to you before you confirm a Ride request.
5. Rider Conduct
5.1 General Standards. While using the Platform and during any Ride, you agree to: (i) treat Drivers with courtesy and respect; (ii) comply with all applicable laws; (iii) wear a seatbelt at all times during a Ride; (iv) not engage in any conduct that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, or dangerous; and (v) follow any reasonable safety instructions from the Driver.
5.2 Prohibited Conduct. You may not: (i) request a Ride for the purpose of transporting illegal substances or contraband; (ii) bring open containers of alcohol or consume alcohol or illegal substances during a Ride; (iii) smoke, vape, or use tobacco products in the Driver’s vehicle; (iv) damage the Driver’s vehicle or personal property; (v) engage in conduct that is physically or verbally abusive, threatening, or harassing toward the Driver or any other person; (vi) request a Ride using a false name or another person’s account; or (vii) use the Platform for any commercial or unauthorized purpose.
5.3 Vehicle Damage. If you (or any person you have invited into the vehicle during your Ride) cause damage to a Driver’s vehicle (including excessive mess, stains, or physical damage), you authorize Juno Ride to charge your payment method a cleaning or damage fee of up to $250, or the actual cost of repair or cleaning, whichever is less. Juno Ride will notify you of any such charge and provide documentation of the damage upon request.
5.4 Account Suspension or Termination. Juno Ride reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in conduct that creates a safety risk, receive repeated complaints from Drivers, or misuse the Platform. Juno Ride will use reasonable judgment in making such decisions and will notify you of any account action.
6. Safety
6.1 Driver Background Checks. All Drivers on the Platform have undergone a two-part background check as required by 220 CMR 274.06: (i) a nationwide background check conducted by a PBSA-accredited provider at least once every 183 days, covering multi-state criminal records, motor vehicle records, and the National Sex Offender Public Website; and (ii) a state-level background check conducted by the Division, including CORI/CJIS records, the Sex Offender Registry, the Warrant Management System, and Registry of Motor Vehicles records.
6.2 Vehicle Standards. All vehicles used by Drivers on the Platform must be registered, inspected, and insured in compliance with Massachusetts law and 220 CMR 274.08, and must display Juno Ride’s approved trade dress or decal while providing Rides.
6.3 Hours of Service. Drivers are prohibited from providing Rides for more than twelve (12) consecutive hours in any twenty-four (24) hour period, and the Platform automatically enforces an eight (8) hour rest period after twelve hours of active service, in accordance with 220 CMR 274.12.
6.4 Drug and Alcohol Policy. Drivers are prohibited from providing Rides while under the influence of alcohol, marijuana, controlled substances, or any substance that impairs driving ability. Riders who observe or suspect Driver impairment should end the Ride immediately (request that the Driver pull over in a safe location) and report the concern through the App or by calling Juno Ride’s safety line.
6.5 Emergency Situations. In any emergency during a Ride, call 911 first. You may also report the emergency to Juno Ride through the App’s emergency feature or by calling our support line.
6.6 No Guarantee of Safety. While Juno Ride implements the safety measures described in this Section 6, Juno Ride does not guarantee the safety, reliability, or conduct of any Driver or the condition of any vehicle. You use the Platform and accept Rides at your own risk.
7. Insurance
7.1 TNC Insurance. Juno Ride maintains commercial Transportation Network Company insurance in accordance with G.L. c. 175, Section 228 and 220 CMR 274.05, providing coverage during Rides as follows: (i) Phase 1 (Driver logged into the Platform, not yet matched to a Ride): bodily injury coverage of at least $50,000 per individual and $100,000 per occurrence; property damage coverage of at least $30,000 per occurrence; uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage of at least $20,000 per person and $40,000 per accident; and personal injury protection (PIP) of at least $8,000; and (ii) Phases 2 and 3 (Driver en route to Rider or transporting Rider): combined single-limit coverage for death, bodily injury, and property damage of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence; uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage of at least $20,000 per person and $40,000 per accident; and personal injury protection (PIP) of at least $8,000.
7.2 Scope. The TNC insurance described above covers Riders during a Ride. It does not cover incidents that occur before the Ride begins or after it ends.
8. Non-Discrimination and Accessibility
8.1 Non-Discrimination. Juno Ride and its Drivers do not discriminate against Riders on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.
8.2 Service Animals. Drivers are required to accommodate Riders accompanied by service animals. Drivers may not refuse a Ride, charge an additional fee, or treat a Rider differently because the Rider is accompanied by a service animal. If a Driver refuses to transport you because of your service animal, please report the incident through the App immediately.
8.3 Accessibility. Juno Ride is committed to providing accessible transportation options for Riders with disabilities. Riders who need a wheelchair-accessible vehicle or other accommodation should indicate this in the App when requesting a Ride. Juno Ride will make reasonable efforts to fulfill accessibility requests, subject to vehicle availability in the service area.
8.4 Complaints. Riders may report any discrimination, accessibility concern, or service-animal refusal through the App, by email to support@junoride.com, by phone at (508) 210-8573, or in writing to Juno Ride Inc., Attn: Compliance, 351 Park Ave, Worcester, MA 01610. Juno Ride investigates all such complaints and may deactivate Drivers who violate this Section 8.
9. Privacy
9.1 Privacy Policy. Your use of the Platform is also governed by Juno Ride’s Rider Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information. The Rider Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9.2 Location Data. The Platform collects GPS location data when you request and receive Rides. This data is necessary to match you with a Driver, provide navigation, calculate fares, and meet regulatory reporting requirements. You consent to this collection by using the Platform.
9.3 Data Shared with Drivers. When you request a Ride, Drivers will see your first name, pickup location, and destination. Drivers do not receive your last name, phone number (calls and messages are routed through an anonymized relay), email address, or payment information.
9.4 Regulatory Data Sharing. Juno Ride is required by 220 CMR 274.11 to report certain per-ride data to the Division, including GPS coordinates, timestamps, fare information, and accessibility flags. This reporting is required by law and does not include your name or contact information unless specifically requested by the Division in connection with a safety investigation.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 Ownership. The Platform, the Juno Ride-Share application, all trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, designs, text, graphics, and other content (collectively, “Juno Ride IP”) are the exclusive property of Juno Ride Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership interest in Juno Ride IP.
10.2 Limited License. Juno Ride grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App on your personal device solely for the purpose of requesting and receiving Rides. This license does not include any right to: (i) modify, reproduce, or distribute the App or any content; (ii) use the App for any commercial purpose; (iii) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App; or (iv) remove or alter any proprietary notices.
10.3 Feedback. If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Platform (“Feedback”), you grant Juno Ride a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate that Feedback into the Platform and other products without obligation to you.
11. Ratings and Reviews
11.1 Rider Ratings. After each Ride, you may rate and review your Driver through the App. Ratings and reviews should be honest, accurate, and based on your actual experience.
11.2 Driver Ratings of Riders. Drivers may also rate Riders. Your Rider rating may affect your ability to request Rides. Juno Ride may suspend or restrict accounts with consistently low ratings that indicate conduct violations.
11.3 Content Standards. Ratings and reviews must not contain: (i) false or defamatory statements; (ii) threats, harassment, or discriminatory language; (iii) personal information about the Driver or other individuals; or (iv) content that violates any law. Juno Ride reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these standards.
12. Lost Property
12.1 Rider Responsibility. You are responsible for your personal belongings during and after a Ride. Juno Ride is not responsible for any property left in a Driver’s vehicle.
12.2 Recovery Assistance. If you leave property in a vehicle, you may report it through the App. Juno Ride will attempt to facilitate contact between you and the Driver but does not guarantee recovery of lost items. A reasonable retrieval fee may apply.
13. Third-Party Content and Services
13.1 Third-Party Links. The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services that are not owned or controlled by Juno Ride. Juno Ride is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party services.
13.2 Mapping and Navigation. The Platform uses third-party mapping and navigation services to provide route information and fare estimates. Juno Ride does not guarantee the accuracy of any mapping or navigation data.
14. Disclaimers
14.1 “As Is” Basis. THE PLATFORM AND ALL RIDES ARRANGED THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JUNO RIDE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
14.2 No Warranty of Service Quality. JUNO RIDE DOES NOT WARRANT THE QUALITY, SAFETY, RELIABILITY, OR TIMELINESS OF ANY RIDE, THE CONDITION OF ANY VEHICLE, OR THE CONDUCT, SKILL, OR QUALIFICATIONS OF ANY DRIVER BEYOND THE BACKGROUND CHECK AND REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS DESCRIBED IN THESE TERMS.
14.3 Platform Interruptions. JUNO RIDE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
15. Limitation of Liability
15.1 Cap on Liability. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JUNO RIDE’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (i) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO JUNO RIDE THROUGH THE PLATFORM DURING THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR (ii) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).
15.2 Exclusion of Consequential Damages. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL JUNO RIDE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, EVEN IF JUNO RIDE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
15.3 Driver Liability. Because Drivers are independent contractors and not employees or agents of Juno Ride, Juno Ride is not vicariously liable for the acts or omissions of any Driver. Claims arising from the conduct of a Driver during a Ride, including personal injury or property damage, should be directed to the Driver and processed through the applicable insurance coverage described in Section 7.
15.4 Essential Basis. THE LIMITATIONS IN THIS SECTION 15 REFLECT A REASONABLE ALLOCATION OF RISK BETWEEN THE PARTIES AND ARE AN ESSENTIAL BASIS OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN YOU AND JUNO RIDE. JUNO RIDE WOULD NOT PROVIDE THE PLATFORM WITHOUT THESE LIMITATIONS.
15.5 Applicable Law. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, the limitations above shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by Juno Ride’s own gross negligence or willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Massachusetts law.
16. Dispute Resolution
16.1 Informal Resolution First. Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to contact Juno Ride at support@junoride.com with a written description of your dispute and the relief you seek. Juno Ride will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within thirty (30) days.
16.2 Binding Arbitration. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may submit it to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator in Boston, Massachusetts (or, at your election, by phone or videoconference if you reside outside the greater Boston area). The arbitrator’s decision is final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
16.3 Class Action Waiver. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND JUNO RIDE AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDING WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION AGAINST JUNO RIDE.
16.4 Small Claims Exception. Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes within that court’s jurisdictional limits, provided the action remains on an individual, non-class basis.
16.5 Arbitration Costs. Juno Ride will pay all AAA filing, administration, and arbitrator fees to the extent they exceed the amount you would pay to file a claim in state court. Each party bears its own attorneys’ fees, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
16.6 Opt-Out Right. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to Juno Ride Inc., Attn: Legal, 351 Park Ave, Worcester, MA 01610, within thirty (30) days of creating your account. Your notice must include your full name, account email address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of the arbitration agreement. If you opt out, you are not waiving any other provision of these Terms.
16.7 Survival. This Section 16 survives termination of these Terms and your use of the Platform.
17. Indemnification
17.1 Your Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Juno Ride, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, demands, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to: (i) your use of the Platform; (ii) your violation of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any applicable law; (iv) your conduct during a Ride, including any damage to a Driver’s vehicle; or (v) your infringement of any third party’s rights.
18. Complaints and Reporting
18.1 How to File a Complaint. You may file a complaint about a Driver, a Ride, or the Platform through any of the following channels: (i) in the App (tap “Help” and then “Report an Issue”); (ii) by email to support@junoride.com; (iii) by phone at (508) 210-8573; or (iv) in writing to Juno Ride Inc., Attn: Customer Support, 351 Park Ave, Worcester, MA 01610.
18.2 Response Time. Juno Ride will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within two (2) business days and will provide a substantive response or resolution within ten (10) business days, except for complaints involving safety, which will be prioritized.
18.3 Regulatory Complaints. You also have the right to file a complaint directly with the Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities, TNC Division, at DPUTNCQuestions@mass.gov or (617) 305-3569.
19. Modifications to These Terms
19.1 Right to Modify. Juno Ride may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice in the App at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect.
19.2 Acceptance Through Use. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account.
20. Termination
20.1 Termination by You. You may close your account and stop using the Platform at any time by contacting customer support or using the account settings in the App.
20.2 Termination by Juno Ride. Juno Ride may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. In the case of termination for violation of these Terms, Juno Ride will provide a brief explanation of the reason.
20.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination: (i) your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked; (ii) any outstanding fares, fees, or charges remain due and payable; and (iii) Sections 10 (Intellectual Property), 14 (Disclaimers), 15 (Limitation of Liability), 16 (Dispute Resolution), 17 (Indemnification), and 21 (Governing Law) survive termination.
21. Governing Law
21.1 Massachusetts Law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles.
21.2 Regulatory Compliance. These Terms are subject to the regulatory authority of the Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities and the Division under G.L. c. 159A½ and 220 CMR 274.00. To the extent any provision of these Terms conflicts with applicable Massachusetts TNC regulations, the regulations shall control.
22. General Provisions
22.1 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Rider Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Juno Ride with respect to the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, whether written or oral.
22.2 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
22.3 No Waiver. Juno Ride’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
22.4 Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder. Juno Ride may freely assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
22.5 Notices. Juno Ride may provide notices to you through the App, by email to the address on your account, or by other reasonable means. You may send notices to Juno Ride at 351 Park Ave, Worcester, MA 01610 or support@junoride.com.
22.6 Force Majeure. Juno Ride is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, acts of government, war, terrorism, or widespread technology failures.
